Admission costs €12 for full admission, €8-10 for temporary exhibitions, €9 for reduced full admission, €6-8 for reduced temporary exhibitions, and €1 for journalists. Reduced rates apply to students, visitors over 65, teachers in Greece, Hellenic Chamber of Fine Arts members, and European Youth Card holders; free admission covers children and young people under 22, disabled visitors, guides, ICOM members, Hellenic Ministry of Culture card holders, Greek unemployment-card holders, Benaki Museum members, and Friends of the Benaki Museum.
Permanent exhibition entry is free on Thursdays from 6 pm to 12 midnight, excluding organized tours and guided group visits. Permanent and temporary exhibitions are also free on International Museum Day (May 18) if the building is open. A 20% discount applies when permanent and temporary exhibition admission are bought together. Free QR-code audio guides are available in Greek, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Ukrainian.

For the main exhibition building, wheelchair users can enter via Vas. Sofias Avenue.
Guide and assistance dogs are allowed in all museum areas. Other pets are allowed in shops and open-air courtyards, but not inside exhibition spaces or cafés/restaurants.
