The Federation Tower is the second-tallest skyscraper in Europe, standing at a magnificent 1227 feet (374m) high. The observation deck on the 89th floor offers a panoramic view of Moscow, including the Kremlin, plus the chance to explore a 3D interactive exhibition, use an augmented reality guide, and sample the products of the highest ice cream factory in the world! There’s also a restaurant so you can enjoy some fine dining in the clouds.

General information

opening hours

The Federation Tower is open from 10 am to 11 pm from Sunday to Thursday, and from 10 am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The ticket office closes one hour before the observation deck.

tickets

Tickets cost RUB1200 for adults aged 15 and over, RUB1000 for children aged 6 to 14, and RUB800 for pensioners, students, and disabled visitors. Children aged 5 and under can enter free of charge, with a limit of two children per paying adult. Veterans of World War II may also enter free of charge.

how to get there

The Federation Tower is easy to reach via metro to Vystavochnaya station, which is on the Filyovskaya and Bolshaya Koltsevaya lines of the Moscow metro. The station is connected to the Afimall City shopping center, where visitors will find the ticket office and receive directions to the viewing platform. Parking is available in the underground car park of the Afimall City shopping center.
