security
Tickets are personal and checked with official ID at access points.
Keep your QR code and identity document ready before reaching the gate.
Arriving a little earlier than your main timed element helps you clear controls without rushing.
how to get there
From central Granada, walk uphill via Cuesta de Gomérez (from Plaza Nueva) or via Cuesta del Realejo.
Public buses C30 and C32 depart from Plaza Isabel la Católica, and C35 links from the Alhambra bus station area.
If your day is already long, using the uphill bus leg keeps your pace more comfortable.
accessibility
Reduced-mobility visits are possible through adapted routes, and wheelchairs are available on loan.
Some steep sections and historic surfaces remain physically demanding, so pre-plan your path and pace.
If you need support, contact the venue before arrival to reduce same-day friction.
luggage
Bags entering the monument must stay within 40 x 40 cm (15.7 x 15.7 in).
Free lockers are available for larger items.
Travel light when possible, because a smaller load makes ramps and tower sections more comfortable.
