accessibility
The park and the palace ground floor are accessible to wheelchair users, with the accessible palace entrance in the right wing from the Green Hallway. The first floor, Banqueting Hall, and level -1 are not wheelchair accessible. Ramp slopes can be steep, so wheelchair users are asked to come with an accompanying person. Electric wheelchairs temporarily cannot enter the palace; check before visiting if that affects you.
cloakroom
Jackets, coats, backpacks, and umbrellas should be left in the deposit lockers before you enter the palace interiors. Strollers and prams cannot enter the palace rooms; baby carriers can be borrowed from the cloakroom. This is especially useful for families after the bus ride to Wilanów.
photography and filming
Private photography and filming are allowed in the palace and park as long as they do not disturb other visitors or put historic objects, plants, or infrastructure at risk. Commercial photography needs permission. Drones and powered hang-gliders are not allowed in the museum area.
