London Bridge is one of the main bridges used to cross between the north and south banks of the River Thames. There have been several bridges at the site since the Romans occupied London - over the centuries they’ve been destroyed by armies, pulled down, burnt down, and even sold to businessmen in Arizona, but the current one has been open since 1973. The arches of London Bridge are home to a train and underground station and an interactive theater attraction called The London Bridge Experience.
