There is no single daily visitor-opening schedule: public access follows performances and organized visits. For performances, doors open 1 hour before start. Box office hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm (on show days, until the performance starts). On Sundays and public holidays, show-day box-office opening can vary between 2 hours and, in the 2026-2027 season, 1 hour 30 minutes before start; for Petit Liceu, it is 1 hour before start. The box office and phone service close from August 2 to 31.

Season pricing includes main-hall entries from €10 and top 2026-2027 special-event seats up to €370; many Petit Liceu and Foyer entries are €15 to €35.
