accessibility
Most exhibitions at POLIN Museum are adapted for visitors with mobility, vision, or hearing needs. Some parts of the core and temporary exhibitions are not fully accessible, so it helps to plan your route in advance if your group needs step-free continuity.
security
Arrive a little early for entry controls, especially on free Thursdays and Saturdays. You may enter up to 30 minutes after your booked time slot; after that, entry is no longer guaranteed. Keep food and drinks outside exhibition areas so the visit flow stays smooth for everyone.
lockers
A paid cloakroom and locker service is available on site. Using it is often worth it on crowded days, because you can move through the galleries with less friction and avoid carrying bulk during a long visit.
photography and filming
Photography is allowed without flash. Selfie sticks, tripods, and monopods are not allowed in exhibitions. If your priority is photos, keep your setup simple and handheld so you do not lose time at staff checks.
