General information

Opening Hours:

Standard opening hours are from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and 10 am to 5 pm on Sundays. The attraction is occasionally open later than the standard hours, with closing times ranging from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Tickets:

Tickets on the door cost $22 for adults (aged 13 and over) and $17.50 for children aged between 3 and 12 years. Children aged 2 and under can enter free of charge. Local residents are entitled to discounted entry.

How to get there:

Madame Tussauds Washington, D.C. can be easily reached on foot from the National Mall. It is easily reached by metro to either Metro Center Station (served by the Red, Blue, Orange, and Silver lines) or Gallery Place/Chinatown Station (served by the Red, Yellow, and Green lines). There are several bus routes which stop close to the attraction including routes 54, 66, 68, P6, S2, S4, and 42, which stop at 11th and F Streets NW, routes D1, D3, and D6 which stop at E Street, the P6 which stops at G Street, routes 80, X2, or G8 which stop at H Street, or routes 13A, 13B, 13F, 13G, 30, 32, 34, 35, 36, 53, A11, N3, and P2, which all stop on Pennsylvania Avenue. Metered parking is available on the streets surrounding the attraction.
